Inside this work

The Frugal Architect made cost a first-class architectural concern: seven laws for building cost-aware, sustainable systems, delivered with guests from Nubank and Thorn and a live demonstration of building an ML model for radiology.

I developed the theme with Dr. Vogels and the Office of the CTO, wrote and structured the talk, and led it through to the stage.
